By now, we can expect that our customers are aware of the risk of further COVID-19 spread – and, as such, the risk they're taking when making new reservations, particularly Non-Refundable and Partially Refundable bookings.
Therefore, for all new reservations made as of April 1, 2020, we will no longer apply Force Majeure conditions for guests seeking to cancel or modify their bookings due to the current COVID-19 outbreak. These reservations will be treated like any standard booking, according to our policies and procedures.
This is a NON SMOKING and NO PETS in all the cabins/rooms.
CHECK IN – ID and Credit card information is required for check in. Check in time is from 4:30 PM to 10 PM.
CHECK OUT PROCEDURES – Ther is a $25.00 charge will be charged for lost keys. Check out time is before 11 AM.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – A plus $10.00/person/night cleaning charge applies for extra people (after the base number of guests in the unit). If the number of guests has changed, you should let us know one day before check in date. All extra occupants and pets must be declared before check in. If additional occupants are discovered during the stay, rates will be an additional $20.00/person/night. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent units. NO RVs or TENTS.
DAMAGES – Guest understands they are responsible for any damages. You will be charged accordingly.
An advance payment equal to 50% of the total is required at the time of reservations. Reservations made within 14 days of check in will require paying the full amount of the total at that time. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. Payment can make by check or credit card. A fee of $25.00 will be charged for all returned checks.
The total balance remaining is due 14 days before your arrival date. Sturgis Rally reservations are due on May 1st. Please send your payment to Restmore Inn at PO Box 335 Hill City, SD 57745. If Restmore Inn is not contacted regarding final payment, the remaining balance will automatically be charged to the credit card on account.
There is a two-week cancellation policy for standard reservations and an one-month cancellation policy for groups booking two or more cabins/rooms. All cancellations are subject to a 10% handling fee of the total booking or $35, whichever is greater. If cancellations are made after the remaining balance due date (14 days before check in date), we will only refund after we are able to re-rent your cabin/room. The refund amount will be depending on how many nights that we can re-rent. During the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and holidays, deposits are non-refundable, and reservations may not be rescheduled. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Reservations may be rescheduled (that must change before 2 weeks of check in date) one time according to availability with a full transfer of the deposit to the new time frame.
STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for storms, bad weather, or bad road conditions, but reservations may be rescheduled. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained, however we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months.
