Duck Pond Room is near Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, and other attractions in the Black Hills. We made our rooms has a cabin feel for your family vacation. It has one queen bed, and one full bed sleeps up to four people. Duck Pond Room offers all the usual room amenities, but also has a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, a portable burner, pots and pans, dishes, and a community gas grill. Maximum 4 people, base rates for 2 people and 1 bed use, range from $135 to $195/night. For additional occupants add 10.00/person/night. Kids 2 and under are free. A tax rate of 6.5% will be added to all reservations. Nonsmoking and no pets. No RVs or tents. Please scroll down the bar on the right of rate table to see seasonal rates. Rental agreements are required. All of our cabins, rooms, and vacation home don't have wheelchair access, non smoking and no pets. Lastest Renovated: new door and new window. Guest Agreement

This is a NON SMOKING and NO PETS in all the cabins/rooms.
CHECK IN – ID and Credit card information is required for check in.
CHECK OUT PROCEDURES – Ther is a $25.00 charge will be charged for lost keys.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – A plus $10.00/night cleaning charge applies for more people.  All extra occupants and pets must be declared before check in. Kids 2 and under are free. If additional occupants or pets are discovered during the stay, rates will be an additional $20.00/guest/night.  Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent units.  No RV’s or campers allowed.
DAMAGES – Guest understands they are responsible for any damages or theft.  You will be charged accordingly.

Discounts can be given depending on length of stay and group size with the exception of holidays and the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Rental agreements are required. Rental rates are based on the first two people and one bed use.
